PRESENTS

If you didn't "have to" pay sales tax would you?   How much in sales tax do you and your family and friends pay every month?   Over $100?   Would you be surpirsed to learn that you, as the consumer, are not required by law to pay sales tax?   Would you be surprised to learn that the retailer is not required by law to collect it?

Would you think of me as a cheat if I agreed to pay for something I wanted and then lied to you and bullied you in an effort to induce you to pay my debt?   Well that's what retailers do.   Have you ever seen an ad in the news paper or on TV where the retailer claims "This weekend we pay the sales tax!" or "This weekend we pay your sales tax!", as if they're doing you some kind of favor  They're implying YOU'RE REQUIRED to pay it but they're going to do it for you.

What you'll learn is to whom the sales tax is applicable and why.   What you'll also learn is that the retailer is greedy and how they cheat their customers (This weekend we pay your sales tax!).

This abstract is not theory or conjecture but facts supported by unassailable evidence supplied by the government, State courts, as well as The State Board of Equalization, and retailers themselves!

You do not have to be a jobber or have resale permit, or any special card issued by a retailer to make purchases without paying sales tax.   You will be supplied with copies of receipts from retail establishments where purchases were made without paying SALES TAX such as:  Radio Shack, AT & T wireless (formerly Cingular Wireless), & Office Depot.   Also included, a receipt that reflects how CVS Pharmacy defrauded the State on the amount of sales tax owed on a couple of items.
