CIVIS CALIFORNIA SUM.
I am a California Citizen

SUI  JURIS
. One who has all the rights to which a freemen is entitled; one  who is not under the power of another, as a slave, a minor, and the like.
     2. To make a valid contract, a person must, in general, be sui juris.  Every one of full age is presumed to be sui juris. Story on Ag. p. 10.
Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 1856

INGENUI, civ. law. Those freemen who were born free. Vicat, vocab.
     2. They were a class of freemen, distinguished from those who, born  slaves, had afterwards legally obtained their freedom the latter were called  at various periods, sometimes liberti, sometimes libertini. An unjust or  illegal servitude did not prevent a man from being ingenuus.
Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 1856

JURIS ET DE JURE. A phrase employed to denote conclusive presumptions of  law, which cannot be rebutted by evidence. The words signify of law and from  law. Best on Presumption, Sec. 17.
Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 1856

Of course the terms 'resident' and 'citizen' are not synonymous, and in some cases the distinction is important [252 U.S. 60, 79]   (La Tourette v. McMaster, 248 U.S. 465, 470 , 39 S. Sup. Ct. 160)...
TRAVIS v. YALE & TOWNE MFG. CO. , 252 U.S. 60 (1920)

“Residence and Citizenship are wholly different things within the meaning of the Constitution and the laws defining and regulating the jurisdiction of the circuit courts of the United States; and a mere averment of residence in a particular State is not an averment of Citizenship in that state for the purposes of jurisdiction."
Steigleder v. McQuesten, 198 U.S. 143

“...there is a citizenship of the United States and citizenship of a state,...”
Tashiro v. Jordan, 201 Cal. 236 (1927)

"Except as modified by statute, the place of birth governs citizenship status".
Rogers v. Bellei,  401 U. S. 815;  28 L.Ed.2d 499;  91 S.Ct. 1060 (1971).

MISSION STATEMENT -

This household encourages the understanding of law and one's constitutionally secured unalienable rights and how to defend them.

Here you'll find information culled from law books that one may find simply unbelievable but the visitor is assured that the court citations etc. are not speculation or mere conjecture.  What we have been taught is in stark contrast to what will be found at this site.  Case in point the DMV and the "driving privilege".  You'll learn that there are two classes for people using a car or truck.  One class is required to possess a driver license and the other class is exempt and not required to possess a driver license.  There is no loophole, it's the law.

Feel free to explore this site and help yourself to the citations and code sections posted here.

The very essence of a free government consists in considering offices as public trusts, bestowed for the good of the country, and not for the benefit of an individual or a parrty.
John Caldwell Calhoun. (1782–1850)  Speech, Feb. 13, 1835.

"...So long as the people do not care to exercise their freedom, those who wish to tyrannize will do so; For tyrants are active and ardent, and will devote themselves in the name of any number of gods, religious and otherwise, to put shackles upon sleeping men."
Voltaire de Cleyre
